I have recently purchased this item for the use of trying to mop my vinyl plank type flooring without having the worries of damage. After receiving this item and looking it over, they feel and look like a micro fiber type of material and that's what i thought would be best to use for that particular type of flooring. The flooring material is waterproof and everything but i just don't want to have the mop handle or head of the mop scratch the service of the floor.
